The Obi-Wan Kenobi series begins 10 years after the dramatic events of “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith” where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Jon Watts No Longer Directing the Fantastic Four

We talked about Jon Watts leaving the Fantastic Four project on our May 1st Podcast on Twitch and you will never guess who we want to direct now.

Fantastic Four is an upcoming superhero film, based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name. It will be an installment of Phase Four.

On December 14, 2017, The Walt Disney Company announced plans to acquire 21st Century Fox. The acquisition would provide Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool with the Marvel family under one roof. The deal was completed on March 20, 2019.

On July 20, 2019, at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, Kevin Feige confirmed that many projects, including a Fantastic Four reboot, were in development. During Disney Investor Day on December 10, 2020, Jon Watts was announced as the film's director, and a teaser logo was unveiled.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness At the Theater Review [Spoiler Free]

We are at the theater with our spoiler free review of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness!

Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to Doctor Strange (2016) and the 28th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Sam Raimi, written by Michael Waldron, and stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, alongside Elizabeth Olsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Rachel McAdams. In the film, Strange and his allies travel into the multiverse to face a mysterious new adversary.

Doctor Strange director and co-writer Scott Derrickson had plans for a sequel by October 2016. He signed to return as director in December 2018, when Cumberbatch was confirmed to return. The film's title was announced in July 2019 along with Olsen's involvement, while Jade Halley Bartlett was hired to write the film that October. Derrickson stepped down as director in January 2020, citing creative differences, with Waldron and Raimi joining the next month and starting over. Filming began in November 2020 in London but was put on hold in January 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Production resumed by March 2021 and concluded in mid-April in Somerset. Shooting also occurred in Surrey and Los Angeles.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is scheduled to premiere on May 2, 2022, and will be released in the United States on May 6, as part of Phase Four of the MCU.

Who and What Will the Multiverse Bring Us? | NYSQ TheoryPalooza

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is finally here!  You all know what that means.  Your fellow nerds got on Twitch and cooked up some delicious theories.  By the looks of it, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be one wild ride. The film is set to showcase a who's who of the Marvel pantheon, while also furthering the character arc of our favorite sorcerer.

In a film that appears to be filled with several shady characters, Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) may be the biggest question mark of all. Will she help Strange restore order to the Multiverse? Or will she take matters into her own hands just to bring back her "sons" Tommy and Billy, who were last seen in WandaVision?

While two after-credits scenes have become standard fare for MCU films, there's still the possibility that Multiverse of Madness has just one stinger. Of course, that sole scene would be expected to make a staggering impact on its lonesome. In that case, Kevin Feige and director Sam Raimi will have to drop a massive bombshell to satisfy the MCU faithful.

How about the long-awaited appearance of a beloved mutant or two? With the Multiverse tearing at the seams, all sorts of portals could open across the globe, leaving the path open for some familiar faces to enter. Translation: nothing should get in the way of a Wolverine cameo from happening at this point.
